Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched by the seller, cancellation may not be possible. You can request cancellation from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can typically be cancelled within a limited time after placement. Since Unekalaa connects multiple district-based sellers, processing times may vary depending on the vendor.

Customized & Handcrafted Products

Orders for customized, made-to-order, or certain handcrafted items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the standard banking timeline. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation by Seller

In rare cases, a seller may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and provided with a full refund.

Cancellation Due to Payment Failure

If payment is not successfully completed, the order will be automatically cancelled. No charges will be applied in such cases.

Bulk Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to special cancellation rules. Customers are advised to confirm cancellation terms with the seller before placing large quantity orders.

Delivery timelines depend on the seller’s location and your delivery address. Most products are delivered within 5–10 business days across India.

You can register as a vendor through our seller registration page. After verification, you can start listing your district or ODOP products and reach customers nationwide.
